Nicholas Young is a postdoctoral researcher in the Center for Academic Innovation at the University of Michigan. His current work examines how institutional data can be leveraged to make changes in higher education. He earned his PhD in physics education research and computational mathematics, science, and engineering at Michigan State University studying the graduate admissions process in physics. He is also a former AAAS Mass Media Fellow.
