Elliott Bertrand, Associate Professor at

Sacred Heart University and PI of NSF Award #2142315, earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Rhode Island. His research interests lie in the fields of the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) as well as discrete dynamical systems. With colleagues Lindsay Keazer and Jennifer Phaiah, he investigates ways to improve undergraduate mathematics education using the Universal Design for Learning Guidelines.
