Dr. Courtney Ngai is the Associate Director of the Office for Undergraduate Research & Artistry at Colorado State University.

Dr. Ngai manages a program to increase access to research experiences for undergraduate students. Her current research focuses on understanding and supporting organizational change in higher education, and she is the first author on the book Facilitating Change in Higher Education: The Departmental Action Team Model. She has facilitated many teams working on change efforts in higher education, including Departmental Action Teams and online learning communities for the American Physical Society’s Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance. She recently received a CAREER award from the National Science Foundation to study the culture of chemistry. Courtney also provides consulting services related to facilitating organizational change in higher education.
