Anne J. Cox, Professor of Physics, earned her B.S. in physics from Rhodes College and Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.

She has received two Eckerd teaching awards (2004 and 2022) and a national award for Excellence in Undergraduate Physics Education (2020). She works on faculty development and pedagogical strategies to enhance student learning, co-authoring Physlet Quantum Physics. She has served as co-PI on NSF grants to support women in physics, provide scholarships for science students, and develop simulations for teaching physics. http://bitly.ws/xjhD
